Article in MS Word; max. 4,000 words and 9 figs: upload figures as separate files
Cite all figures as Fig 1, Fig 2 etc: similarly Table 1, Table 2 etc (have table captions within article)
Photos a minimum of 1500 pixels wide, minimal branding in screenshots, and avoid thin lines in schematics
Prefer schematics in SVG (Visio export option): avoids text transcription error when graphics staff redraw fig.

One illustration per article can be a link to a publicly accessible video: e.g. YouTube, or a company website
